Fellers Snider Attorneys Receive Unanimous Verdict

Oklahoma City, Okla. – Terry W. Tippens and Bryan N.B. King of the Fellers Snider law firm represented plaintiff Robert Murray last week for claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract in Oklahoma State Court against a Texas oil rig and equipment defendant. After a four-day trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the plaintiff which included approximately $3.7 million in compensatory and punitive damages.
