King & Jurgens attorney Carolyn Buckley was a co-presenter at the Health Care Compliance Association’s 26th Annual Compliance Institute this March in Phoenix, Arizona. She spoke on Healthcare Compliance Issues During Sale and Acquisition: Practical Approaches to Due Diligence and Beyond.
Carolyn's practice focuses on advising health care clients on regulatory and compliance matters, with an emphasis on fraud and abuse issues and HIPAA compliance. She is recognized as a Health Law Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Her experience includes representing air medical transportation companies, hospice care companies, and other health care providers in health care transactions, compliance and regulatory matters, and other business matters.
