Laurent Demosthenidy and Kyle Townsley Join King & Jurgens

Louisiana LFA Law Firm King & Jurgens is pleased to announce that Laurent Demosthenidy has joined the firm as an of counsel attorney and Kyle Townsley has joined the firm as an associate. They will both be working in King & Jurgens' New Orleans office.
Laurent J. Demosthenidy represents individuals, government entities, and businesses in both complex and simple litigation, through trial and appeals. He has experience in a wide variety of civil fields, including commercial litigation, admiralty and maritime, personal injury and casualty defense, insurance, and First Amendment law. He has also advised clients of various sizes on transactional matters, including business formation, mergers, and acquisitions. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana and Mississippi State and Federal Courts.
Kyle T. Townsley primarily focuses on commercial litigation, estate planning, and taxation. Kyle earned his juris doctor from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received a full academic scholarship. While studying at LSU, he served as an Issue Editor and Article Manager on the Louisiana Law Review, a Co-Director of Judicial Relations on the Board of Advocates Executive Committee, and won LSU’s Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court Competition. Kyle graduated summa cum laude from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
