Update on GDHM Response to COVID-19
March 23, 2020
Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody
The City of Austin has issued a Stay Home-Work Safe order for all residents in response to the community spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). This order will go into effect at 11:59 pm Tuesday, March 24 and is scheduled to last until at least April 13. While this requires many businesses to close their physical locations, Graves Dougherty continues to work full-time, servicing our clients while observing safe practices designed to protect public health and safety.
As previously mentioned, Graves Dougherty has been closely monitoring all announcements from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the City of Austin. To avoid disruption and continue running business operations, the firm will continue to follow the following safety measures:
- Team members work remotely as appropriate
- Client and team meetings by audio or video conferencing
- Restriction of non-essential travel
- Increased cleaning of office premises
- Providing resources for team members who feel ill
While we face this time of uncertainty, Graves Dougherty remains committed to our clients and reminds you that we are here and ready to assist. We will continue to share related updates as circumstances change.
Sincerely,
Your friends at Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody
