Beard Winter LLP is pleased to announce that Brandon D. Tigchelaar has joined the partnership effective January 1, 2020. Brandon was called to the bar in 2005. He joined the firm as an associate in 2010.

Brandon practices in the firm’s corporate law group assisting clients on private mergers and acquisitions and general commercial matters. He also has significant experience advising public issuers on financings, compliance and governance matters, and, in conjunction with his broad commercial practice, enjoys helping with the planning and implementation of tax-efficient reorganizations of private entities.
