Seigfreid Bingham Associate Emily Crane Named Shareholder

Seigfreid Bingham is pleased to announce a new shareholder in the firm, Emily Crane. Emily joined Seigfreid Bingham in 2019 as an associate in the firm’s Corporate Law practice group.

Emily’s practice encompasses everything from commercial real estate to health care compliance, using a versatile and service-minded approach to ensure the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Emily knows everything it takes to build, maintain, and expand a business from the ground up. Combined with her legal experience, she often assists companies with a broad range of matters, including commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and corporate work. The health care side of her practice encompasses drafting and negotiating agreements, advising health organizations on transactional legal needs, and providing counsel on the highly regulated health care industry.

Business development and community involvement is another focus for Emily, as she is involved in several associations, including the American Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Association for Women Lawyers of Kansas City, Missouri Bar Association, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) KC, and the American Health Law Association, among others.

As a Shareholder, Emily will continue to be a valuable member of the firm’s Corporate Law practice group and provide clients with a high level of service.
