Jennings Strouss Welcomes Dennis C. Bastron and Brad D. Frandsen to the Firm
Phoenix, Arizona
Phoenix, AZ (March 16, 2022) – Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C., a leading Phoenix-based law firm, is pleased to announce that Dennis C. Bastron and Brad D. Frandsen have joined the Firm as Associates.
Bastron joins the Firm’s Tucson office as an Associate, focusing his practice on tort and insurance defense. He has over twelve years of experience litigating civil cases in Arizona. Prior to joining Jennings Strouss, his practice focused on defending public employees and government entities in tort and civil rights cases. Bastron has defended excessive force, wrongful arrest, and other police liability cases for government defendants. He also has experience litigating motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, employment disputes, product liability and medical malpractice claims, road design cases, and contract disputes. Bastron previously worked at the United States Attorney’s Office as an Assistant United States Attorney. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2006 with a B.A. in Political Science. Bastron received his J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2009.

Frandsen joins the Firm’s Phoenix office as an Associate, focusing his practice on estate planning, estate administration, and probate. He advises clients and their families on how to best preserve and protect their wealth from estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes and potential creditors. Frandsen prepares trust and estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and healthcare declarations. He also has experience in business transactions, business planning and formation, and labor and employment. Frandsen graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business in 2012 with a B.S. in Finance. He attended Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and earned his J.D. in 2016.
