Phoenix, AZ (June 7, 2022) – Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C., a leading Phoenix-based law firm, is pleased to announce that Thomas B. Steiger, III has joined the Firm’s Energy practice as an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office.

“We are excited to have Thomas join our Washington, D.C. office, and our top-rated Energy practice,” stated Jeffrey D. Gardner, Managing Attorney. “He joins a team of extremely talented Energy lawyers and will assist in continuing to provide outstanding legal services to our clients.”

Thomas focuses his practice on matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and is resident in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He represents the Firm’s clients on matters such as complex cost of service transmission and natural gas pipeline rate cases, transmission and energy market tariffs, power supply agreements, and electric wholesale market design issues. While in law school, Thomas interned at the Department of Energy in the Office of General Counsel, Division of Electricity and Fossil Energy, and at the Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility. Prior to joining Jennings Strouss, he was an attorney advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
