PORTLAND, Ore. (January 22, 2025) Tonkon Torp LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Dallas Thomsen as a partner in its Business Department.

Thomsen has over 20 years’ experience in law, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, tax law (including for partnerships and corporations), estate planning, and administration. He has additional experience in intellectual property, securities, and probate matters. With master’s degree in taxation, Thomsen specializes in offering clients in-depth tax analysis, evaluation, and planning.

Thomsen joins Tonkon Torp from Snell & Wilmer and he previously worked at Sussman Shank LLP for nearly 15 years.
