Ferdie Ruplin Joins Board of Directors for NuProject

PORTLAND, Ore. (October 5, 2022) Tonkon Torp attorney Ferdinand (Ferdie) Ruplin has joined the Board of Directors of NuProject. NuProject is an Oregon public benefit company working to build generational wealth via the legal cannabis industry. In this role, Ruplin will provide legal counsel and support to the board and organization.
“NuProject is the leading organization in the state for providing coaching, mentorship, and access to capital for BIPOC-owned cannabis businesses, and I’m proud to have the opportunity to serve as a board member and work with such a great group of people,” shared Ruplin. “I hope to utilize my expertise in the cannabis industry and experience advising small business owners to help the organization expand its impact and accomplish its goals.”

He serves as Co-Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Cannabis Group and has a deep understanding of the regulatory framework for OLCC and ODA regulated producers, processors, and retailers.
