Ferdinand Ruplin Joins Classic Wines Foundation Board of Directors

PORTLAND, Ore. (December 11, 2024) Tonkon Torp partner Ferdinand Ruplin has joined the board of directors for the Classic Wines Foundation. Since its founding in 1982, Classic Wines has raised over $50 million for Pacific Northwest children and families in need. Their current beneficiaries are Metropolitan Family Service, New Avenues for Youth, and Friends of the Children – Portland.

“I’m really excited and humbled to be joining the Class Wines Foundation Board,” shared Ruplin. “I’m looking forward to advancing the organization’s mission of making a life-changing impact on the lives of the most vulnerable children and families in our community.”

Ruplin’s practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, and a range of corporate and business matters. He regularly advises private and nonprofit entities with respect to corporate governance, securities, and financings. He also assists clients with contract negotiations and equity ownership disputes. Ruplin has significant experience working in highly regulated industries, with a focus on the cannabis industry and financial services industry. He serves as Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Cannabis, Beer, Wine & Spirits Group.
