Jennings Strouss Attorney Richard K. Delo Elected to Management Committee

Delo has been elected to the Management Committee for a three-year term. Delo succeeds John J. Egbert, who stepped down from the position after six years to embark on a three-year mission for his Church. The Firm’s three-person Management Committee also includes Managing Attorney John C. Norling and Member Jeffrey D. Gardner.

Delo primarily practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense, healthcare law and personal injury. He focuses his practice on the defense of physicians, hospitals and healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases. Delo also represents physicians in disciplinary hearings before the Arizona Medical Board and the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners.
