King & Jurgens Attorney Jim Bercaw Speaks at Maritime and Transport Law Conference

Jim Bercaw, a maritime attorney with King & Jurgens, will serve as a panelist on salvage and general average at the International Bar Association Maritime and Transport Law Committee Mid-Year Conference. The conference focuses on the new world of shipping post-COVID and will be held June 6-8 in Singapore. Panelists will discuss important topical legal issues that have arisen in recent salvage incidents that have occurred in different parts of the globe.

Jim has over thirty years of experience as an attorney and focuses primarily on the offshore oil and gas and maritime industries.
