Navigating Nearshoring Opportunities

Thursday, November 9 at 11:00 ET

According to the Credit Suisse Nearshoring Tracker Report, in the year 2022, approximately 100 companies established operations in Mexico as part of the growing nearshoring trend, representing an investment exceeding US$ 30 billion. The report highlights that, given the recent supply chain bottlenecks, the migration of operations to Mexico will continue. This development is expected to create opportunities for at least the next three years.

Law firms in Mexico, the US, Canada and Europe play an instrumental role for companies interested in relocating to Mexico. Successful investments require advisory services in several legal aspects.
