Paul Conable Elected to American College of Trial Lawyers

PORTLAND, Ore. (February 26, 2024) Tonkon Torp litigation partner Paul Conable has been elected as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL).
The ACTL, the preeminent organization of trial lawyers in North America, is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics, and the administration of justice.
Fellowship in the ACTL is extended only by invitation to experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. No more than 1% of the total lawyer population of any state or province can be a member in the ACTL. Member qualifications include high ethical and moral standards, as well as excellent character. Members must also be actively engaged in trial work as their principal activity for a minimum of 15 years.
Paul Conable has a wide-ranging trial practice, representing both individuals and businesses in contract and investment disputes, government investigations, and environmental matters. Paul serves on Tonkon Torp’s Managing Board and is past Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department.
