Ryan Siney Certified by International Association of Privacy Professionals

Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Ryan P. Siney has been designated by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (“IAPP”) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (“CIPP/US”).  Founded in 2000, the IAPP is a not-for-profit organization that helps define, support and improve the privacy profession worldwide.  The CIPP/US certification is awarded to those who demonstrate a strong understanding of US privacy laws and regulations, and is globally recognized as the industry benchmark for professionals who advise companies regarding information privacy requirements in the US.

Ryan advises large companies, small businesses and startups regarding intellectual property, technology, software, e-commerce, licensing and other commercial and business transactions.  Ryan’s clients are focused in the fields of technology, health care, entertainment, e-commerce, media, financial services, manufacturing, transportation and real estate.

Ryan received an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of London and a Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.  He also holds an MS from Auburn University and a BA from Miami University.
