Tonkon Torp Elects Jarell Hunt to Partnership

PORTLAND, Ore. (January 13, 2025) Tonkon Torp LLP has elected attorney Jarell Hunt to its partnership, effective January 1, 2025.

“Jarell has been a great fit at our firm and it’s been a pleasure watching him develop his expertise,” commented Kurt Ruttum, Tonkon Torp Managing Partner. “Tonkon Torp’s future remains bright with talented young attorneys like Jarell joining the partnership.”

Jarell Hunt joined Tonkon Torp in 2017 as an attorney in our Business Department, following a successful stint as a Tonkon Torp Summer Associate during law school. His practice is focused on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings. He also advises clients on regulatory compliance and general business matters, regularly serving as external general counsel to his clients. Jarell is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School.
